ข้อกำหนดและระเบียบการปฏิบัติระหว่างเข้ารับการกักกันโรคที่กำหนดโดยนโยบายจากภาครัฐ

Requirements and Procedures During 14 Day Quarantine set by Government Policies.

 

1. ขอสงวนสทธิ์การออกจากห้องพัก หากมีความจำเป็นกรุณาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมก่อน

Do not leave the room. If necessary, please contact to COVID- admin.

請勿離開您的房間，若必要,請聯繫您的新冠病毒管理員。

 

2. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ของมึนเมาและสิ่งเสพติดระหว่างพักอาศัย

Alcohol beverages are not allowed in quarantine area

禁止攜帶任何酒類或飲料。

 

3. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การนำสิ่งของทุกชนิดของผู้กักตัวออกจากโรงแรมทุกกรณื

We reserve the right to remove all items of the detainees from the hotel in all cases.

在任何情況下，我們有權利移除隔離者的任何物品。

 

4. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การสั่งสิ่งของต่างๆจากภายนอก สำหรับผู้เข้าพักที่ต้องการซื้อของใช้ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกจากร้านสะดวกซื้อ ผู้เข้าพักสามารถติดต่อพนักงานเพื่อให้บริการได้

We reserve the right to order external items for guests who wish to purchase facility items from a convenience store, you can contact the staff member for assistance or service

酒店有權禁止顧客帶回從外部的商店購買的物品，如有需要，請聯繫我們。

 

5. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การในการนำอาหารสด อาหารที่ไม่มี อ.ย. หรือ โยเกิร์ตและพาสเจอไรซ์เข้ามาบริโภค

We reserve the right to bring fresh food. Foods without FDA or yogurt and pasteurized. 

酒店有權禁止任何新鮮食品，未經食品藥品監督管理局認證，酸奶和未經消毒的的食品。

 

6. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การสั่งอาหารจากภายนอก หรือของฝาก อนุญาติให้นำเข้าได้เฉพาะของแห้งเท่านั้นและเจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมจะทำการตรวจสอบก่อนนำส่งขึ้นห้องพักกำหนดเป็นวันละ 1 รอบคือ....17.30......น. (พร้อมอาหารมื้อเย็น)

The Hotel and its Management reserve the right to allow or to prohibit any order/s from outside food stalls or restaurants and/or souvenirs shops. Only dry food is allowed and the hotel staff will have the authority to check before being delivered to the room at 17.30hrs. (During dinner time)

酒店有權禁止顧客訂購外賣和購買紀念品。僅允許購買乾燥食物並且工作人員有權在下午5點30分，餐點運送至您的房間前進行檢查。(晚餐時間)

 

7. ห้ามนำของมีคมเข้ามาในบริเวณโรงแรมและห้องพัก

Do not bring sharp objects into the hotel and guest rooms. 

請勿攜帶尖銳和危險物品進入酒店及房間。

 

8.สวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัยทุกครั้งที่เปิดประตูห้องพัก หรือ ต้องเดินออกจากห้อง

Wear a face mask every time you open the door or have to walk out of the room. 

離開房間或開門時請務必戴著口罩。

 

9. สวมใส่รองเท้าที่ทางโรงแรมเตรียมไว้ให้ทุกครั้ง เมื่อท่านเดินออกจากห้องพัก

Wear the shoes provided by the hotel every time When you walk out of the room. 

離開房間時請穿上酒店提供的拖鞋。

 

 

10. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การเปิดหน้าต่างภายในห้องพัก

Reserves the right to open the window in the rooms

酒店有權禁止顧客開啟窗戶。

 

11.ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการใช้ยาลดไข้ด้วยตัวเอง กรุณาติดต่อพยาบาลหากมีอาการป่วย

We reserve the right to use antipyretics by yourself. Please contact the nurse if you are sick. 

我們有權請您服用退燒藥，若您感覺到症狀，請務必通知醫護人員。

 

12. การจัดการเรื่องผ้าระหว่างเข้าพัก 14 วัน  (14天檢疫期間的布料管理如下)

Fabric management during the 14 day stay are as follows:

ผู้เข้าพักซักเสื้อผ้าด้วยนํ้าและสบู่หรือผงซักฟอกด้วยตนเอง

* SELF LAUNDRY:    The quarantined guest/s washes his/her own clothes with water and soap or detergent

* 私人衣物: 隔離者請自行使用肥皂或洗潔精和清水清洗。

 

 นำเสื้อผ้าที่ต้องการส่งซักมาใส่ถุงที่จัดไว้และรวบถุงปิดมิดชิดนำมาวางที่หน้าห้องพักเวลา...11.00-11.30... น

เพื่อเจ้าหน้าที่รร.ดำเนินการส่งซักตามที่กำหนดต่อไปอัตราค่าบริการ...........(ตามเอกสารที่จัดวางในห้อง)........... 

* HOTEL LAUNDRY  :  Clothes to be washed and/or pressed, to be placed inside a laundry bag (close tightly)  provided by the hotel. Place it in front of the room at 11.00hrs.-11.30hrs. 

**Charges to apply accordingly.

* 酒店衣物: 若需要清洗，請將酒店衣物放在我們提供的衣物袋裡(確保密封)，並且在每日的早上11點至11點30分置於房間門口。

** 會依情況收費。

 

13. การจัดการเรื่องการเก็บขยะระหว่างพัก 14 วัน( 14天檢疫期間的廢棄物管理如下)

Waste collection management during a 14 day quarantine

ทางโรงแรมจัดเตรียมถังขยะติดเชื้อใส่ถุงพลาสติกติดเชื้อสีแดงและหนังยางเพื่อให้ผู้เข้าพักเป็นผู้พับและมัดปากถุงด้วยหนังยางให้แน่นด้วยตนเอง

* The hotel will provide infectious waste bins. Quarantined guest/s to put waste inside red infected plastic bags and fold to secure with rubber bands at its mouth.

* 酒店會提供特別垃圾桶，若要丟棄垃圾，請棄置於紅色防疫圾垃袋並用橡皮環封住袋口。

 

 วันที่1- 6ในการเข้าพักขอให้ผู้เข้าพักนำถุงใส่ขยะทั่วไปและขยะติดเชื้อรวบและมัดปากถุงด้วยหนังยางให้แน่นด้วยตนเองมัดปากถุงให้แน่นวางไว้หน้าห้องพักเวลา ....16.00......น. 

* First 1-6 days quarantined staying guest/s are requested to collect and secure the bag for general and infectious waste by himself/herself. Tie the bag tightly. Put it in front of the room by 16.00hrs on 6th day

* 隔離的首1至6天，隔離者須自行處裡廢棄物和垃圾袋，請務必密封垃圾袋並且放置於房間門口。

 

วันที่7-14ในการเข้าพักทางโรงแรมจะเข้าให้บริการเก็บขยะพร้อมทำความสะอาดห้องทุก3วันคือ

ในวันที่7, 10,และวันที่ 13ในการเข้าพัก

Day 7-14 The hotel will provide garbage collection service and room maid service every 3 days. That is on7th, 10th, and 13th day of the quarantined stay.

* 隔離的第7至14天，酒店會每三天提供垃圾處理及房間整理服務，分別為第7天，第10天及第13天。

 

14.การจัดการเรื่องทำความสะอาดห้องพักระหว่างพัก 14 วัน (14天檢疫期間的房間清理程序如下)

 Roster for room cleaning during a 14 day stay is as follows:

 

วันที่1-6 ในการเข้าพักผู้มาพักดำเนินการเรื่องการทำความสะอาดภายในห้องเอง

โดยทางโรงแรมจะจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ไว้ให้

On the 1st-6th day self-cleaning. The hotel will provide the necessary equipments.

*隔離的首1至6天，隔離者需自行清潔房間，酒店會提供清潔用具。

 

 วันที่7-14ในการเข้าพักทางโรงแรมจะเข้าให้บริการทุก3วันคือในวันที่7, 10, และวันที่ 13ในการเข้าพัก

Day 7th-14th day stay. The hotel will provide the necessary service every 3 days, i.e. on the 7th, 10th, and 13th of stay.

*隔離的第7至14天，酒店會每三天提供必要的房間整理服務，分別為第7天，第10天及第13天。

 

15. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การพบญาติตลอดระยะเวลา 14 วัน

During the period of 14 days quarantine, visitation of visitors/family members are strictly not permitted.

14天檢疫期間，酒店嚴格禁止任何家屬或朋友拜訪隔離者。

 

16.เมื่อผู้เข้าพักได้รับการดูแลและควบคุมโรคในสถานที่ควบคุมครบ 14 วันจะได้รับหนังสือรอับรองตามที่กำหนด

The Hotel and its Management will issue a letter to certify its completion of 14days self-quarantine.

酒店管理處會提供證書來證明隔離者有確實實行14天隔離檢疫。

 

17.ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในห้องพักโทษฝ่าฝืนปรับ 5,000. -บาท 

No smoking is allowed inside the room. Penalty for violation is a fine of 5,000/- baht per each offence.

酒店房間內禁止吸菸，違者每次將罰款5,000泰銖。

 

ข้อกำหนด/ระเบียบปฏิบัติการวัดอุณหภูมิประจำวัน( 每日體溫檢測:護士會在每天的兩個時段為您量體溫)

พยาบาลให้บริการวัดไข้ที่หน้าห้องพักแต่ละห้องวันละ 2 ครั้ง

FOR YOUR INFORMATION: Daily temperature update. The nurse will take guest/s temperature daily in front of each room twice a day:

 รอบที่1 วัดไข้เวลา 8.00 น. 

Round 1, fever measurement at 8.00hrs

第一時段:早上8點

 รอบที่2 วัดไข้เวลา 14.00 น. 

Round 2, fever measurement at 14.00hrs

第二時段:下午2點

 

การบริการจุดพักผ่อน หลังกักตัวครบ 7 วัน

After a 7 day period of self-quarantine, the guest/s who have shown negative to covid19, are allowed to utilize the hotel facilities at the Recreation Spot with written approval from hotel designated staff using hotel phones or through 'Line' services. Recreation Spot•

在七天的自我隔離後，若隔離者在新冠病毒檢測後呈現陰性反應，在得到酒店人員的書面許可後，他們即可使用酒店提供的設施，隔離者可使用電話或”Line”來申請書面許可。娛樂場所:

 

09.00– 09.45 hrs                                  

10.00–10.45 hrs.

11.00 –11.45 hrs.

13.00 – 13.45 hrs.

14.00–14.45 hrs.

15.00–15.45 hrs.

16.00.16.45 hrs.

17.00–17.45 hrs.

18.00–18.45 hrs.

**หมายเหตุ หลังจากการใช้บริการสถานที่พักผ่อนทุกครั้ง ทางโรงแรมจะเช็ดทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ทุก 15 นาที

** Note: After having utilized the recreation area, the hotel  staff will wipe and sanities the area every 15 minutes.
